It's a busy Monday on the sports calendar. Here's a look at what is going on around the area.
Both Stanton baseball and softball teams will be home Monday evening has they host a varsity doubleheader against Nishnabotna. Both teams look to get back on track after losses to Fremont-Mills Friday. The doubleheader starts at 6 p.m.
The Essex softball team goes on the road as they face East Mills. The varsity game is scheduled for a 5:30 p.m. start. Essex's baseball team will be home as they host Lenox. The game starts at 6 p.m.
Griswold will be home again as they host doubleheaders versus Logan-Magnolia. The baseball doubleheader starts at 4 p.m. The softball doubleheader will start at 6 p.m.
