Thomas Hoffman, 54

Thomas Eugene Hoffman, 54, Red Oak, died Saturday, March 15, 2014, at the VA Medical Center in Omaha.

Thomas was born Sept. 14, 1959 in Iowa City, the second child of Walter L. and Rachael F. Hoffman.

He was married three times, most recently July 13, 2006 in Red Oak to Nancy Lee Westover.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Hoffman of Red Oak; his children, Michael Hoffman and Thomas S. Hoffman, both of Pocahontas, Brianna Spring of Glenwood and William Spring of Walnut; two brothers, Ernest Hoffman of Adkins, Ark. and William Hoffman, III of Red Oak; and a sister, Donella Baucom of Emerson.

Funeral services were Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at Kirsch Funeral Chapel in Shenandoah. Burial with military honors took place in the Rose Hill Cemetery at Blockton.
