Three arrested on marijuana charges

RED OAK — Five people were arrested Wednesday evening in Red Oak, including three on drug charges.

Police officers accompanied Department of Human Services representativse to the 1600 block of Summit St. for a separate investigation. After smelling marijuana, police requested a search warrant, which led to the arrest of Timothy Jennings, 19, Kevin Jennings, 41, and Anthony Gregory, 37, of Red Oak, Jessica Moorehead, 19, of Atlantic and Tim Humphrey, 19, of Omaha, Neb.

Timothy Jennings and Moorehead were charged with possession of a controlled substance,

Timothy Jennings and Kevin Jennings were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and Gregory and Humphrey were charged with trespassing.

All subjects were transported to the Montgomery County jail and have since been released on bond.

The narcotics confiscated during the search warrant, which were those Timothy Jennings and Moorehead had on their person, are in the process of being verified by the crime lab.
