Accidents

  • On Nov. 8 at 7:04 p.m., a 1985 Dodge D30 pickup, owned and operated by Donald Plott, Jr., 61, Omaha, was eastbound on 270th St. west of W. Railway Rd in Coburg. A 2014 Chevy Silverado pickup, owned and operated by Roger Abraham, 49, Red Oak, was westbound. Plott crossed the centerline, causing both drivers’ mirrors to hit. Plott continued east on 270th, then south on Hwy 48 to the driveway of 1281 Hwy 48 in Page County. Abraham stopped and waited for Page and Montgomery County authorities to arrive. Page County arrested Plott for OWI. Plott’s vehicle sustained about $150 damage. Abraham’s vehicle sustained about $1,800 damage. There were no injuries reported.
