65th Anniversary

Milo and Blanche (Shaffer) Sederburg were united in marriage on Dec. 9, 1944, in Red Oak, IA. They will celebrate their 65th anniversary with a family gathering Dec. 5. 

Their children are Virginia and Gary Ploeger, Ackley: Betty Jane and Woody Johansen; Linda and Howard Myers; and Jim and Joyce Sederburg all of Omaha, Neb. 

Milo and Blanche’s family also includes 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.  

Milo and Blanche farmed for many years near Elliott. They relocated to Red Oak where Milo worked for McCunn-Vannausdale Construction and Blanche worked for Pamida. After retiring they moved to Omaha, Neb. to be closer to their children.

They would enjoy hearing from family and friends and a card shower honoring them would make it special.
