Angela R. Demanett, 35

Angela R. Demanett, 35, of Shenandoah, formerly of Red Oak, died Nov. 8, 2009 in Essex.

Angela Renee Demanett, the daughter of Raymond and Lois Jeanette (Sellers) Demanett was born Nov. 3, 1974, in Red Oak.

Angie was raised in Red Oak. She attended Southwest Community College in Red Oak and Iowa Western Community College in Council Bluffs. Following college, Angie worked for the Iowa Department of Corrections in Clarinda, and later was employed with Pella Corporation in Shenandoah. Angie married Derek Dumler. She had made Shenandoah her home the past two years. Angie had attended Fellowship of Faith Christian Church of Oakland.

Angie was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Angie is survived by her children: Alyssa Demanett, Quentin Dumler and Justus Jones all of Shenandoah; father and mother: Raymond and Jeanette Demanett of Red Oak; brothers: Gary (Ann) Demanett of Mt. Vernon, and Tom (Stephanie) Demanett of Shenandoah; and grandmother: Lois Johnson of Red Oak.

Funeral services were held Nov. 13 at Sellergren-Lindell-DeMarce Funeral Home in Red Oak.
