Hooves & Paws Rescue, Inc., to host fundraisers

Hooves & Paws Rescue, Inc., has two major fundraising events coming up and would like to invite the public to join them and help raise much needed funds for the horses and dogs that need a place to call home until adoption is possible.

The Hooves & Paws Rescue, Inc., Swing For The Animals Annual Golf Tourna-ment will take place at Tregaron Golf Course, 13909 Glengarry Circle, in Bellevue, Neb., Sunday, Aug. 12, with a Shotgun Start at 8 a.m.

The cost is $65/person or $260/team and includes a flat iron steak dinner following the tournament, which will be a four person scramble.

Hole sponsorship costs $100 and will include company name, location/e-mail and phone number.

Donations for hole prizes are needed.

Rawhide Tattoo is sponsoring a fundraising event for Hooves & Paws Rescue, Inc., from Aug. 1-31 at their location at 7799 L St., in Omaha.

They will be offering specials Monday-Saturday during August, from 12-8 p.m.

Those who are not interested in getting a tattoo can make a donation instead.

All proceeds from both of these events will be used to care for horses and dogs at Hooves & Paws Rescue, Inc.
