Fared Pilecki, 77

Fred Pilecki, 77, Red Oak, passed away Thursday, Jan. 15, 2026, at the Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs.
Fred was born Jan. 5, 1949, in Highland Park, Mich., the son of Joseph and Emma (Edwards) Pilecki.
Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Pam Pilecki, and son, Scott Pilecki.
Survivors include his wife, Claudia Pilecki of Red Oak; daughters, Angela Baier of Red Oak; Melody Pilecki of Renton, Wash.; and Carrie Baker-Komindo of Pleasant Lake, Mich.; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A celebration of death service was held Monday, Jan. 19, 2026, at LeRette Funeral Chapel in Red Oak.
