John Palmquist, 88

John Philip Palmquist, 88, Stanton, entered his eternal rest on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at his home.  
John was born on Sept. 27, 1937, in Red Oak, the son of Elder and Ruth (Johnson) Palmquist.  
Preceding him in death were his parents; and son, Philip Palmquist.  
Survivors include his wife, Charlotte of Stanton; children, Mark Palmquist; Beth Russell; and Becky Hogberg, all of Red Oak; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held Sunday, May 24, 2026, at the LeRette Funeral Chapel.
