Julie Ann McIntosh, 70, Red Oak, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Nov. 17, 2025, at the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital.
Julie was born Feb. 5, 1955, in Ontario, Ore., the daughter of Arnold and Pearl (Miller) Mason.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Otto “Mac” McIntosh of Red Oak; sons, Adam Simonsen of Kansas City, Mo.; Heath Simonsen of Payette, Idaho; and Lance McIntosh of Liberty, Mo.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life visitation was held on Friday, Nov. 21, 2025, at the LeRette Funeral Chapel in Red Oak. Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
