Kathryn Hart, 93

Kathryn Hart, 93, Red Oak, passed away Friday, Dec. 2, 2022, at Arlington Place, Red Oak.
Kathryn Alice Colwell Hart was born Aug. 9, 1929, to Tom D. Colwell and Alice Belle Tenhulzen Colwell at St Joseph, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth; and her parents.
Kathryn is survived by her three children, Kathy Tornquist, Redmond, Wash.; Kevin, Marcus, Iowa; and Karen Blackburn, Lincoln, Neb.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A private (immediate family only) graveside service will be conducted. Interment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Nyman.
A Celebration of Life gathering with her family will be held Saturday, Dec. 17, 2022, from 1 to 3 p.m. in the fellowship hall of the First Covenant Church, Red Oak.
In lieu of flowers, it was Kathryn’s wish for memorials to be directed to either the Stanton Library or the Red Oak Library.
