Phyllis Corene Stebbins, 100, Red Oak, passed away Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Prairie Gate Retirement Community in Council Bluffs.
Phyllis was born on April 1, 1925, in Orange City, the daughter of Ralph J. and Vera E. (Caruth) Stebbins.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
A celebration of life funeral was held Monday, May 12, 2025, at the Red Oak Presbyterian Church. burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery.
LeRette Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
