Red Oak Toastmasters

Red Oak Toastmasters #4996 met March 12 at the Montgomery County Extension Office with Al Myers leading in the invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.

Bill Drey served as Toastmaster for the meeting and Jerry Hansen provided humor as Jokemaster. Mo Hamilton presented Table Topics and those participating with one to two minute impromptu speeches were: Karen Blue, “A Tour of Red Oak”; Zach Lee, “Preparing to Become a Dad”; and Justene Martin, “What I Love About Spring.” An icebreaker speech by Anny Rose, entitled “Who Am I?,” gave an entertaining summary of her life’s heritage and also the legacy she hopes to leave.
