Russell Lint, 53

Russell A. Lint, 53, of Red Oak, passed away Aug. 24, 2011, at Montgomery County Memorial Hospital.

Russell Allen Lint was born to John Wesley Lint and Clara Leona Pierson Jan. 10, 1958, in Red Oak.

He graduated from Villisca High School in 1976 and moved to Anita, working several years in masonry construction.

Russell returned to the Villisca Red Oak area and worked as an electrician for 20 years.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents; great niece, Angel Kern; and several aunts and uncles.

Surviving Russell are his parents, John and Clara Leona Lint, of Villisca; sister, Peggy (Randy) Larsen, of Atlantic; brother, James (Teresa) Lint, of Bedford; uncle, Richard (Charlotte) Pierson, of Red Oak; many nieces; nephews; great nieces; great nephews; and friends.

Funeral services for Russell took place Saturday, Aug. 27, at the Wolfe Funeral Home of Villisca with burial in the North Page Cemetery.

Wolfe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
