With severe weather in the forecast for Wednesday, there is some concern as to whether the games for the evening will go on as scheduled.
In Essex, it will be the Trojanettes hosting Red Oak in softball action. The first game is scheduled for a 6 p.m. start at Essex High School.
In Malvern, East Mills will be home as they host Nishnabotna. The softball varsity team plays first at 5:30 p.m., while the baseball varsity team plays at 7:30 p.m.
Finally, both Griswold teams will be home Wednesday night as they host IKM-Manning. The JV/varsity doubleheaders for both teams kick off at 6 p.m.
