Joann Rickels, 77

Joann Marie Rickels, 77, Red Oak, passed away Sunday, Sept. 20, 2026, at the Shenandoah Medical Center in Shenandoah.
Joann was born Jan. 10, 1949, in Clarinda, the daughter of Harry and Anna (Heitman) Rickels.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
A private family graveside service will be held at Arlington Cemetery in rural Stanton.
LeRette Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
